2. Purpose

This website provides information about the design, creation and maintenance of simple websites for businesses and professionals, and lets you request a no-obligation proposal. The one-page plan costs 490 € + VAT (592,90 € VAT included). The service advertised from the second year onwards costs 20 € + VAT a month (24,20 € VAT included). Under the one-page plan, the service includes renewal of a .com or .es domain, hosting, and up to 30 minutes a month of small changes, non-cumulative: updating hours, phone numbers, prices, short texts, or replacing photos supplied by the client, within the existing design. This same service is included during the first year. New pages or sections, redesigns, online stores, extra features and any time beyond that limit require a quote and the client's prior acceptance. From the second year, the fee is charged monthly, with no tie-in; cancellation can be requested at hola@rotulito.com before the next charge. Other domain extensions are quoted separately. Custom projects and their maintenance are quoted separately. Any future rate changes will be communicated before a new contract or renewal and will not affect quotes already accepted.

3. Terms of use

Access to the website is free. Users agree to make appropriate use of its content and not to use it for unlawful activities or activities contrary to good faith, nor to introduce or spread viruses or systems that could damage the systems of the owner or third parties.

4. Intellectual and industrial property

The texts, designs, graphics, logos and code on this site belong to Juan Morante Cruz or his licensors and are protected by intellectual and industrial property law. Their reproduction, distribution or alteration without express authorisation is prohibited. Websites built for clients become their property once paid for in full, except for third-party components (fonts, libraries) subject to their own licences.

5. Liability

The owner does not guarantee that access to the website will be free of interruptions or errors, although reasonable efforts will be made to avoid them. The website may contain links to third-party sites whose content the owner does not control and for which it assumes no responsibility.

6. Data protection and cookies

The processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy and the use of cookies by the Cookie Policy.

7. Applicable law

The relationship between the owner and the user is governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, and unless consumer protection rules establish a different jurisdiction, the parties submit to the courts of Sabadell, Spain.
