Maintenance includes renewal of one .com or .es domain, hosting and up to 30 minutes a month of small changes, which do not roll over. Quoted separately, always before we start: new pages or sections, redesigns, online shops, new features and any time beyond 30 minutes.
Full terms
- One-page website build: €490 + VAT (€592.90 including VAT). Paid in two parts: €245 + VAT (€296.45) when you order and €245 + VAT (€296.45) when you approve the final version, before it goes live.
- Year one included: .com or .es domain, hosting and maintenance on the terms below.
- From year two: €20 + VAT a month (€24.20 including VAT), covering renewal of the .com or .es domain, hosting and up to 30 minutes a month of small changes, which do not roll over: for example, updating opening hours, phone numbers, prices or short texts, or replacing photos you send us, within the existing design.
- Quoted separately, with your prior approval: new pages or sections, redesigns, online shops, additional features, work beyond 30 minutes a month and other domain extensions.
- No minimum term. From year two the fee is charged monthly and you can cancel at hola@rotulito.com before the next charge.
- Timing: estimated delivery of one week from when we have all the material (texts or business details and photos). Includes up to two rounds of changes before going live.
- These are the terms of the one-page plan. Bespoke projects have their own quote and maintenance.

We confirm whether a one-page website is what you need and give you the price, maintenance and what's included in writing.

Order and material
You pay 50% and send us photos and details. We deliver the website in about a week from when we have everything.

You review, we publish
Up to two rounds of changes. When you approve it, you pay the other 50% and we publish it on your domain.
Unsure about the style before ordering? Once you've seen the terms, we can show you a sketch of the top of your website, with no commitment.
Frequently asked questions
Just one page? Don't I need more?
For most small businesses, no. People want to know what you do, where you are and how to contact you. If you ever need more, we quote the extension.
I already have Instagram and Google Maps.
A website doesn't replace them: it completes them. It has all your information in one place, with a call button, and it's yours even if a social network changes its rules.
What do you need from me?
Your business details, what you offer and your photos (up to 12). If you don't have photos, we tell you which ones to take with your phone. We write the copy.
Is the domain mine?
Yes. It is registered in your name. If you decide to leave, you take it with you.
What happens after the first year?
From year two it is €20 + VAT a month, no minimum term: .com or .es domain, hosting and up to 30 minutes a month of small changes, which do not roll over. Anything else is quoted separately and before we start.
Do you guarantee customers or ranking first on Google?
No. We prepare the website so search engines understand it (titles, description and business details), but no website can guarantee rankings, visits or sales.
Do you work with businesses anywhere?
Yes, anywhere in Spain. Everything is done by WhatsApp and email.
Do you build online shops?
That's a different kind of project, with a different price. Tell us what you sell and we'll let you know.
